Color Filters
By admin

Looking for a polarizing filter and some color filters for the Canon EOS Rebel 2000…?
It’s 35mm, with a 28-80mm lens. I’ve never used filters before, so I don’t know what size to get. Help me out? Links to where I can buy them would also be appreciated.
Yikes! You should have at least a UV filter on your lens to protect the front element!!!
Otherwise you will need a circular polarizing filter and unless you are shooting under different lighting situations (like using daylight film in tungsten .. 80A … or fluorescent .. FLD … lighting) no filters are necessary.
Look for Hoya, B&W or Tiffen filters. B&H Photo, Adorama, Ritz, Amazon are on line, but you can go into any camera store and buy them. If your lens is a Canon, you need 58 mm filters
